WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All items will ship within 3-5 business days from Baltimore, MD. Depending on the US region, orders can take anywhere between 1-7 business days to be delivered. For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks (in some cases longer) for delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your package has been shipped. Tracking information will always be provided.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do! We currently use USPS to ship internationally. For international orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery (in some cases longer). 

We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments. These fees or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to your order.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? 

Yes we do. Unused, unopened, and undamaged items can be returned within 7 days of receipt (with the exception of digital products and sale items). Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund back to your credit card minus the cost of shipping. We do not refund shipping costs. Please contact us and we'll be happy to get it sorted out. 

Please note that although we do our best to show the true nature of our products in our photographs, we cannot guarantee that the color on your phone or monitor is a perfect match to the color of our printed products.

Please note: Digital products are final and non-refundable.

 

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT TO DO? 

We do our best to package our products with love and care. In the case that your items arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days. We'll do our best to solve the problem, whether that's through a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

To cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE BULK ORDER PRICING FOR LARGE GROUP ORDERS?
