Hey, and welcome back for another episode of the routine and things podcast. I'm your girl Ashley. And I'm just super excited for today's episode. This is going to be a really awesome episode because I'm sharing the top five episodes of the routine and things podcast that you can listen to. If you're just getting started with your routine journey, I thought that this would be a really great episode because when you come to the podcast, we have a lot of podcasts that you can listen to a lot of episodes. And with that, I don't want for you to be lost in the sauce.

If you're really getting started with your routine journey, and you're new to this, I want for you to be steered in the right direction. And I feel as if this episode today is going to help tremendously with that. But before we get into things and before I start sharing the top five episodes of the podcast that will help you get started with routines. I want to make an announcement that I think is really important for you to know this announcement is something I've been thinking about for some time. And now the change is coming soon. So if you've been a tried and true listener of the routine and things podcast, you know that we typically come out with weekly episodes, every Monday, an episode drops and you're able to listen to it.

However, starting in August, we are going to be going to a seasonal podcast. So our episodes will be seasonal. So it will be two seasons per year. And the seasons will be four months long with two month breaks in between. And so this will be starting in August. And we're about to go on break soon after this episode. This is the last episode and then we go on break from May June and July of 2023. And we come back August 2023 with the new season. So I'm excited about this change because it's going to help me with flexibility in my life, I think it's going to be really helpful for you as well. So that I'm bringing you fresh and new information about routines.

Because it's a lot of podcasts episodes that you can listen to that you can get inspiration from that you can learn from already on the podcast, but I want to make sure that I'm bringing you some fresh topics. And I feel like this change will help with that. So I'm super excited about it. And I hope you are too and I hope you stay on board as a listener of the podcast. But let's go ahead and get into today's episode, where I'm sharing the top five episodes that you can listen to if you're just getting started with routines. So these episodes are in order, by the way, and they will be put below so that you can reference the episodes and make sure that you listen to each in the correct order.

So the first episode is Episode 095, which is an overview of the five routine buckets. In this episode, I am sharing with you the five routine categories that's important for you to assess and to have routines within. So this is a really great episode to start with, because it shares those categories. And you can assess those categories and really figure out well which routine do I need? Which category is most important? And then what specific routine do I need within that category? So listen to this episode first. Its episode 095 an overview of the five routine buckets. Now that second episode that's important for you to listen to.

It's episode 096, which is what it takes to choose the right routine. So when you listen to the five routine buckets, like I said, you're going to be assessing these. Now when you go to assess your routines, you may end up realizing that you need multiple routines or routines and multiple categories if this is the case. That's why this episode is really important. Because episode 096, you're going to be able to learn what it actually means to choose the right routine, how to choose the right routine for your life, depending on what season of life you're in, so that you can get even more specific and make sure that the routine that you are starting is the right one for you to start now. So that's the second episode you will listen to.

The third episode is episode 002. And that is taking you all the way back to the beginning of the podcast in this episode is how to make your routines work and feel good. Oh my gosh, this one is major. This is like a hallmark of routine and things is how to make your routine work and feel good for you. This is important for you to know what this means, what your routines need to look like what your routines need to include in order for this to take place. If you want your routines to work. If you want them to feel good for you or feel good for your family, you want to consider certain things and this episode specifically speaks to that. So that's the third episode you will listen to.

The fourth episode is Episode 086, which is 15 ways to make your routine fun. This one is major because one thing that you will learn by listening to Episode 002 how to make your routines work and feel good is that fun is a key component in consideration to having your routine. Because we are all motivated through fun, we are all motivated by things that are enjoyable and feel enjoyable for us. And so by listening to Episode 086: 15 ways to make your routine fun, you will then understand, Oh, these are things I can add to my routine, or pair with my routine that will make it more enjoyable for me. And that's important for you to know because I don't want you having a boring routine that you can't stick to.

So that episode is very vital. And then the fifth and final episode that you're going to listen to is episode 039. How to rock your routine. This one is super important as well, because this is going to go over what it truly means to stick to your routine to rock your routine. What does that mean? Because once you start your routine, you need to have an understanding of what makes it work? what makes it stick? And this episode is going to go over that. So those are the five episodes, our top five episodes to listen to. If you are wanting to get started with your routine, and you're ready to get started, I think that they're going to be really useful for you.
